In each market where IPD is present, the performance of the property market is produced in an Index, and this is distributed widely and freely. The performance is calculated annually, and sometimes more frequently (e.g. Ireland, Canada and UK). To launch the property performance results for the year and to announce them to both the press and property professionals active in each market, a presentation is held. 

IPD staff and guest speakers give a full account of the past year's performance and current property issues to audiences of leading investors, advisors, researchers and the press.

These presentations attract large audiences - 600 in the UK, 500 in France and upward of 250 in other countries - to assess and discuss the latest results. Attendance is free for clients of IPD's Portfolio Analysis Services, and at a modest cost for all others.
