Terms and Conditions

Cancellation:
Written notice is required for all cancellations.

Cancellation fees:
Cancellations received by the following dates will incur a cancellation fee of £100 + VAT

  • If you have registered to attend on 7 Febraury the cancellation date is 23 January 2008
  • If you have registered to attend on 29 May the cancellation date is 14 May 2008
  • If you have registered to attend on 18 June the cancellation date is 3 June 2008
  • If you have registered to attend on 19 September the cancellation date is 4 September 2008
  • If you have registered to attend on 22 October the cancellation date is 7 October 2008
  • If you have registered to attend on 11 December the cancellation date is 27 November 2008

Please note that after the appropriate cancellation date the full registration fee will apply. However, substitutions will still be accepted in writing up until one day before the course. For non-attendance of events there will be no refunds and the full fee will still apply. However, full training materials will be supplied upon request. 

Payment:
Full payment MUST be received by IPD prior to the course.

Other booking conditions:
Delegates are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements and the costs thereof.

Course fees include all course documentation, refreshments, and lunch.

IPD reserves the right at any time and without prior notice to change the venue of the training course and/or the course tutor and/or the course programme.  IPD also reserves the right in absolute discretion and without further liability to cancel the course, in which all monies will be refunded.
